Frequently asked questions
What is your return, replacement, & refund policy?
• For made upon demand items I do not accept returns or offer refunds. The only exceptions are if an incorrect item arrived, if the item is damaged, or if the item was made incorrectly. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt so I can send out a replacement at no additional charge or provide a refund. I will need photos of the item to submit to my printer. No refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be given or replacements sent out without providing photos.
• For original art l only offer refunds if your items were damaged during shipment. Please notify me within 14 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged. I will need photographs of the box and the item for insurance purposes. No refunds will be given without providing photos.
Are your items kept in stock/inventory?
No. Each item you order is made especially for you by my printer. Items ship directly from them to your address.
How are my items shipped?
Made upon demand items ship directly from my printers via DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
All original art ships through the United States Postal Service. All art is securely packaged by me using strong & appropriate materials to ensure arrival in excellent condition. Delivery confirmation and insurance are included with the purchase price.
Do you offer custom sizes?
No. All available sizes are shown in each listing.
